#27 Documentation enhancement for "using a external axis2 dist."

On <http://www.collab-ogce.org/ogce/index.php/Messaging_User_Guide> section "using a external axis2 distribution" should mention to also copy "log4j.properties" (in addition to wsmg.broker.properties) to <AXIS2_DIST_HOME>.

Actual Result: If the file is not copied to the classpath, almost nothing happens on the console.
Expected Result: Logging should be working. :)

Maybe also clearly mention in this section to set AXIS2_HOME to <AXIS2_DIST_HOME>.
