When opening the WS-Eventing Listener GUI the field BrokerURL is prefilled with "rainier.extreme.indiana.edu:12346". This led me to try out "localhost:8080" for my setup. However, the URL must be "http://localhost:8080/axis2/services/NotificationService"!

Please add "http" and the full path to the default value so that users can intuitively see an example.
