#42 @go maybe should work without arguments

@go otoh should work without arguments.

It appears the speaker didn't cherry pick questions,
but just went straight down the line. And he got
confused when the next id wasn't one strictly higher
than the previous.

Therefore @go should not require args. It should just
print the next queued question (not the question with
the lowest id, but the oldest in the speaker's queue).
