#26 Role web pages

http://\[anything].role.oftc.net template web pages I can
fill in with descriptions of roles

so if I type in

http://dent.noc.oftc.net

I'll get a page that gives me a description of all the roles,
at a name=noc (if possible), or just a list of roles and
you can click which one you'd like to know about or
something along those lines. :)
