#1 intersection of lines and circles create phantom point

The problem occurs when drawing a line through a point
on the circle and then using the intersection tool. A
copy of the original point is created. My proposed
solution is to check when creating points with the
intersection tool whether any of the resulting points
were already attached to either of the curves, and if
so, not create it.
