If the blocks exist to retrieve the first part of the file, let us sample the file. Mark it as such in the retrieve directory so it doesn't conflict with the finished download.

Try to download the first blocks of the file first, in a random way so it's still undetectable what file you are trying to get.

I download a avi file and I could tell it sucked if I only had 1 minute to view and saved network load.
