Where can I find the Debian package for Linux?
offroad.jar works fine with win10. With Linux Mint 21.3 Virginia (base: Ubuntu 22.04 jammy) and OpenJDK 17 I can close OffRoad-bin-0.6-beta3 only by xkill.

You can create a junction in .OffRoad folder, pointing to the maps stored elsewhere:
mklink /j maps D:\elsewhere
