Updated hyphenation patterns

On 23 February 2016, I posted version 2.2 of the Offo hyphenation patterns for FOP. These patterns were derived from the most recent TeX patterns at svn://tug.org/texhyphen/trunk/. Patterns for Occitan and Classical Latin were added.

The package with compiled patterns is now called offo-hyphenation-compiled.

The installation instructions for the source package contain a note about the required stack size. It is higher than set in the Ant build file of FOP.

A small error was fixed: the ant target is jar-hyphenation.
