#2 JComponent Disable side color propertie

Hello Mr.Futrell

I would like to have a propertie to disable the look
and feel for a specific JComponent on my program.

Like when I create a JPopupMenu it dosen't paint the
blue or brown line in the side of the component.

I don't know if I explain myself good.
"english is not my native language".
