Support for Adding and removing breakpoints during debug.

This release eliminates a major speed problem.
Additionally the release of 24-01 fixes a lot of little bugs and adds some fuctionality.

I think it's about time to make my first release.
Application is still a prototype and reverse enginering of the debug protocol is a work in progress. I public it so people can see where i am right now.
