#2 HTTP ERROR 500

I can not understand why the same file on a site generates an error 500 (https://gestiolex.it/wp/wp-content/plugins/gestiolex/formulario/odt.php) while on another site works very well (https://www.studiolegalerudi.it/wp-content/plugins/gestiolex/formulario/odt.php).

How can I find the cause of that error?
