odt2daisy currently throws away empty paragraphs. Empty paragraphs usually just create space (visually) and can be replaced by adapting spacing characteristics of a style. However, some DAISY production centres (or at least one in Flanders) want to deliberately create empty paragraphs to create pauses in the DAISY output. Would it be possible to use empty paragraphs or a custom style to create a pause after a normal paragraph? (The alternative may be to add an export option that says "preserve empty paragraphs" and making sure that these empty paragraphs result in pauses.)
