I am trying to restore the system partition (C:) on Windows 8.1 but I get a error message that the size of the partition is less than the image. The image is on another partition on the same hard disk (D:). I am running ODIN after booting the PC through the Windows CD and so the system partition is not in use. I did notice that the ODIN GUI shows size as "0" (zero) for all the partitions on the hard disk which is strange. Both are NTFS. I had created the image just a few hours before. Am I doing anything wrong?

Here is the listing. I am trying to restore the file on "index 5" to "index 4"

    ODINC.exe -list
    Index: 0
    Device Name: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition0
    Drive: entire disk
    Label:
    Type: Unknown
    Size: 0.000B

    Index: 1
    Device Name: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition1
    Drive: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition1
    Label:
    Type: Unknown
    Size: 0.000B

    Index: 2
    Device Name: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition2
    Drive: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition2
    Label:
    Type: Unknown
    Size: 0.000B

    Index: 3
    Device Name: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition3
    Drive: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition3
    Label:
    Type: Unknown
    Size: 0.000B

    Index: 4
    Device Name: \Device\Harddisk0\Partition4
    Drive: C:\ Label:

    Size: 0.000B

    Index: 5

    Drive: D:\ Label:

    Index: 6
    Device Name: \Device\Harddisk1\Partition0

No one has any idea about this problem? I will be forced to look out for an alternative tool.
