I am trying to build code using VS2008 - failed.
Is any additional library, SDK, etc required?

  Sorry, miss document.
  I used Windows Template Library - WTL Version 8.0 from Microsoft instead.
  There are new version witch does not required with setup90x.js in sourceforge.
