converter 3.0.5246 in MS-Office2003 on WinXP

Opening an ODS created in OOo 3.1 with conditional formatting (background color on "cell value is") works, but the formatting isn't applied when opening the spreadsheet.

If you select column B and then go to menu Format/Conditional Formatting, the dialog box shows the correct conditional formatting parameters.
Clicking "OK" to close the dialog box updates the column B and applies the correct conditional formatting.
