#858 XLSX:Labels in the secondary axis is not retained correctly

After reverse conversion the values of labels are not retained correctly.

In the input file,the label starts from 0-14 in secondary Y axis.After Reverse conversion the values of labels starts from 100-2600.

This feature is not implemented. Because of earlier code changes,secondary axis was retained by mistake, which was incomplete. We have rolled back the changes done, so the secondary axis now does not appear.

As secondary axis feature is not implemented .

That why moving this defect to Out of scope.
