#469 XLSX: OPC conformant file fails to convert

The attached file conforming to the OPC standard does not convert because it does not use the part names used by Excel.

Expected behaviour:
The converter should not rely on hard-coded names but should resolve the part relationships as described by Part 2 of the OpenXML specification.
