Tested it with r3529 AddIn:
- still doesn't work with file "Möbelhersteller.DE.xlsx"
- it partially works with file "Exchange.IT.xlsx". Borders are still missing in sheet "Storage Requirements" in row 6,7 (also the content of this cells is missing after 'Important:'), in sheet "Variables" in row 1, in sheet "Version Changes" in row 1-39 (row 2 is OK).
- conversion of file "FM_Annexes.CONFIDENTIAL.xlsx" times out after 15min with the following error:

Hi!

Could not validate this bug, the borders in file "Möbelhersteller.DE.xlsx" are still lost (row 1+2 on all sheets)
All other files seem to work!

When a round-trip conversion is done on file EU_Organigr_Maurice.FR.xlsx, cell borders get messed up on many cells.
