#45 CommandLine-Conversion: First letter of file name missing

In the command line utility when the translator command is initiated, immediately an info of "Converting the input file name into output file name" is displayed. In this info line the first letter of the input and output file name is missing if the input file path is either c:\ or d:\ root directory with out any sub folders.

Please check the execution in the text file attached for more clarity.
