#1 Carv Plugin Cannot Parse signatures.xml, Causes ODDD crash

Running the Carv Plugin generates the following results
for oddd:

UDP server: waiting for connections 10794
handling device.
Trying to create SessionDB in "./.meta" to add

I originally submitted this.

This was on RedHat 7.3, everything installed, and signatures.xml did exist
and had the same content as the original tar package.
