#8 Process deletion undocumented

It is not clear under what circumstances processes get
deleted that had been created via new.

Discrete objects are destroyed as a side effect of
termination of other processes, via the p_doneProcesses
mechanism in process objects; it is confusing to
understand whose responsibility this kind of cleanup is.
