1.0a released

It's here; version 1.0a. Main change is the storing of backend information in a .conf file, instead of in a MySQL database. The need for installing MySQL has thus been eliminated from this release on.

It's now possible to create a login account simply from the startpage, just follow instructions. All passwords are scrambled in a way that *should* atleast make it hard to find them. I can't/won't guarantee 100% safety, but to the average (non packet sniffing) user, they won't be visible.

More updates include minor bugfixes and some new views on broken packages, missing indexes, etc. I'm working on some major performance views but those will take some more time.
