#24 Opening from Finder produces two document windows

If you open a .sql file from the Finder, say though a double-click, the Tool launches and opens a default window as well as the opened document. This is annoying because the "login" fires on the default window first, which is in the background, leaving the document you opened in a "locked" state. You have to go to the blank window, Cancel the login, then return to your document where the login suddenly appears.
