Downloaded version 0.5.0 and had compile errors. It appears that the file ODBCPreparedStatement.h is missing from the delivery. Both ODBCConnection.h and ODBCKit.h appear to import this file.

It came with my install, and compiles fine. Can someone re-check on another machine?

In retrospect I realize I got the file from the SF archive, not part of the packaged download. However, it appears all references to this file are commented out in the latest builds.
