#2 Can't execute Oracle PL/SQL code blocks

It is currently impossible to execute PL/SQL code blocks in the software. Need to determine if such code must be sent to the ODBC driver using a particular API. Also, check if the parsing routines are splitting the PL/SQL sentences correctly.
