I have installed Octopus into Eclipse-3.3(europe),
but I can't import any of the example .xml model files in the Java projects.
I get the following in the xmiImportErrors.txt while importing Book.xml
1. Warning: encountered classifiers in top model G.0UML:Model BookModel; SystemID: file:///D:/eclipse/plugins/nl.klasse.octopus.xmiimport_2.2.0/xsltscript/uml2octopus.xsl; Line#: 275; Column#: 19
Could you give some suggestions?
Thanks for advance.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Octopus has not been tested on Eclipse 3.3. We are currently working onn the transition to 3.3, but there are some weird problems with visibility of plugins.
Also, a warning in the xmlImportErros.txt does not neccesarily mean that the import went wrong, this type of warning is normal. Did you check the models folder to see whether there are .UML files being created?

You can open a tree view on the model using the Octopus Model Viewer (should be an icon on the toolbar).
Or you can open the .uml file directly in the octopus .uml editor
There is no way you can open the uml model in any other UML tools, Octopus provides no export for this.

Jos,
Thank you for your information!
The .uml file has being created :-)
and can I open it using any other visual UML plug-ins?
or export for them?
