Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,

Recently, there has not been much talk between us.
This is why I'm sending this E-mail.

It's time to get cracking on the project. I would like
to know whom is still interested to be serious in the
project. Here is what we expect:

--> You have to interact with the community at
http://www.cardfloppers.com/ , you cannot be a dev
that sits around waiting for task to be given to him.

--> You have to attend meeting every two weeks. More
on this a bit later.

--> You have to come up with your opinions and
motivate each other.

--> Be part of the devellopment process.

Now comming back to the meetings.

Those are going to work in the following way. Every
two weeks, the admins (from cardflopers) are having
their meeting. Every week that the admins do not have
a meeting, we have one.

In other words, one week admins, one week devs, admins
agian, devs again,...

During the admin meetings there is going to be one or
more devs to link the two meetings. At this moment,
I'm in charge of that.

The next admin meeting is March 6th at 3:30 GMT (10:30
EST), this means that we are going to have a meeting
sometime before that. You you have preferences for the
time, let me know. If not I'll have to impose my
conviniences.

If after I have said above you still want to be part
of the project, respond to this mail with what you
think about the above and also your preferences for
the meeting time.

People who do not respond to this mail and that also
do not show up at the meeting will be removed from the
project.

You will receive another e-mail with the time and
place of the e-mail based on your suggestions.

Meetings are usually on IRC.



Now that the formal stuff us delivered, I really hope
that we will be working togheter, forging friendships
among the way and that this is going to be a
wonderfull experience for everyone ;-)
