[Octex-lib-user] octex code

         heya...

         i'm sending this to the octex list, as well as all those people 
who have been writing us hoping to find out when the octex code would be 
released.

         jono and i both have real jobs outside of Thrown Clear, and those 
jobs wanted some of our time after siggraph was over to do some work.  "you 
know," they said, "work.  the stuff you come in and do so that we continue 
to give you money.  you do want us to continue to give you money, don't you?"

         we here at Thrown Clear enjoy paying rent and eating, so we 
buckled down and worked on stuff we actually get paid for.

         the upshot, of course, was that some people we've never met were 
suddenly irate with us.  for this we apologize profusely.

         we're shooting for releasing the core library and a few example 
programs around november 4.

         thanks for putting up with our delays.
