#7 Update Debian information at web page

The information about the Debian package for Octaviz at the download web page (http://octaviz.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=download)
is outdated. Octaviz has been since long officially accepted in Debian and is not in the experimental distribution anymore. Also, the package is now being collectively maintained by the DOG.

Please, apply the patch attached below.
