The package html is empty. Look into the functions directory and there's only an empty template for each function. This a known problem (in Octave or the generate_html package we don't know) when using the latest Texinfo.

Also, the changes for this new version of fits have not been pushed to the public repository yet.

I don't know how to fix this either, sorry.

The SVN instructions on http://octave.sourceforge.net/developers.html seem to be outdated. Please update.

yeah, I imagined. What other maintainers that have found this bug have done is to use a system with an older version.

The SVN instructions are up to date for the few repositories still in the svn repository. Packages are being moved to hg as time permits. We are lacking on hg instructions but there's plenty of instructions in how to commit and push to an hg repository on the internet.

    I had figured this.

So would you mind in the meantime pushing the source into hg? I'm not having the resources to crawl the web anytime some project decides for a new RCS.

    Thanks!

Hello, does anybody with permissions to do so want to upload the new release?

    Thanks!

    Hi Dirk

apologies for the late response. The last weeks have been a bit hectic and this got lost on my todo list.

As I mentioned, a requirement for a release is that you commit the released version to the repository before release. I am sorry you can't learn how to commit and push changes to hg at the moment, but I do not think I should do it for you. You will see that "hg commit" and "hg push" are not much different than the previous "svn commit". It is pretty much just one extra command, because commits are made locally, and you need to "push" them to public repository after the commit.

Also, I would appreciate if you did not make a single large commit with all changes at the same time, and a single message saying "version 1.0.4". We have instated commit message guidelines although we are actually a lot more flexible about it in Octave Forge than in Octave core.

    Hi Carnë,

I just pushed version 1.0.5 to the repository.

I hope everything is ready release on octave-forge.

    Thanks!
