[OctDev] Brighten (beta,map)

Greetings,

The brighten(beta,map) function (main/image/brighten.m) appears to be
fooked in all sorts of amusing ways.  Where should I send 
patches/bug-reports?

Hi Simon,

send here to the list or to me. Indeed the texinfo desciption is wrong. It
should be brighten(map,beta) and the function doesn't work here for: 
>image
>brighten(0.5)
