[OctDev] Problems with CVS checkout

Hi,  

after trying to build octave-forge (CVS) with a CVS checkout of Octave,
I noticed that in my checkout, the FIXES/ directory is still present. I
thought David deleted it?

Is this a problem with SF or am I doing something wrong?

Dont use anonymous login.
This is disabled in sourceforge.

This may help you (from the CVS documentation):

    7.3 Removing directories
    ========================

    [snip] specify the `-P' option to `cvs update' or `cvs checkout',
    which will cause CVS to remove empty directories from working
    directories.

Eh, no. As the directory is still in HEAD, I obviously get it in my CVS
tree. The problem happens with a totally fresh checkout.

You could try the sourceforge daily snapshot.  I don't know where it
is off hand and don't have time to find it.  Check the lists.
