I know. I still have to address it.

This is a Console2 issue. I personally don't use Console2, because of the
slowness feeling. Plain windows command prompt has better responsiveness
and you can still tune its color and size (and use the mouse for copy
and paste).

MSVC compiled readline library has problem running within rxvt. When
I start octave within rxvt, the prompt does not show up and the arrow keys
do not work.
