[OctDev] multiplication, inversion of toeplitz matrices

Hi all,

Is there a method to multiply a toeplitz matrix with a vector, or
multiplication of two toeplitz matrices or the inversion of them.

If not, I can provide them in some time since I am using them, for the
inclusion into octave-forge.

what is the exact procedure for submitting code??
