[OctDev] updating DOCSTRINGS translation

Hi for all.
I have two directories:

directory "new" with updated docstrigs after "split_docstrings" script appl=
ied
directory "old" with the same files but with old form.

The question is:
How i compare it with via md5 string to know which files need update=20
translation?
There is some already created script?
