[OctDev] plot functions with new gnuplot interface

I made a new diff for plot functions for
octave-forge/main/plot
The diff is against CVS snapshot 2005-04-18

In ftp://coffee.phys.unm.edu/pub/dima/octave/

Tar of the entire plot/ directory:
octave-forge-2005.04.18-plot.tar.bz2

I did some light testing against octave-2.9.1.
I think both fill.m and fill3.m has been and are still broken.
Otherwise "It works for Me" (TM).
