I'm recompiling Octave 2.1.58... I won't be able to test it today as I
promised.

cmpermute and uintlut don't work in 2.1.57 (with all the uint=BF stuff it
hasn't got much sense) but qtdecomp does.

cmpermute should work now in 2.1.58 and I still have to test uintlut and
qtdecomp. If compilation went ok (and I didn't any mistake) I'll test
them tomorrow.
