[OctDev] Problem with the wiki

I figured out why we haven't had any spam on the wiki recently. Because
editing of the pages is broken :-)...

I get the message

Software error:

>< Could not get main lock "/home/etienne/public_html/octave-wiki/temp/lock" at
+/home/etienne/public_html/cgi-bin-etienne/wiki.pl line 3311.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (sys...@is...), giving
+this error message and the time and date of the error.

when I try to save an edited page...
