[OctDev] Release of octave-gpc 0.1.5

Hi,

I just released version 0.1.5 of octave-gpc.  The tarball can be downloaded
from the File Release area at SourceForge.

This version contains only minor fixes for making the functions work with
Octave 2.1.57, due to recent changes in the API for the Octave_map class.
This version of Octave is the minimum required now, since no efforts will be
done to insure backwards compatibility.
