It looks like things moved according to plan and octave2.1 and octave-forge
are now in testing.

So shall we release a new octave-forge tarball for Debian unstable and/or
the world at large?  I'm CCing to the the submitter and bug report of a
recent BTS request for a fresher octave-forge.
