[OctDev] help with CVS

If anyone knows how to, could you please remove the directory 
main/optim/Optimize/ from octave-forge? I can't see how to do it myself. 
The .m files there are not going to be maintained, and their presence will 
just add to the problem of knowing which of the options in optim is likely to 
be the best for a given problem. The equivalents are in 
main/optim/mintoolkit, which I fully expect to maintain with stable 
interfaces.
