[OctDev] new minimization functions

I've put some new minimization functions in CVS, in the directory 
main/optim/mintoolkit. They're in a directory of their own so that their 
interdependencies are more clear. I'll add some documentation shortly, but 
for now there are example files. Any comments are welcome, and can anyone 
tell me how to delete the Optimize subdirectory from main/optim? Or is it 
already gone? (CVS newbie)
