Another build problem...

geometry package with qhull 2003.1.

They changed something with qh_version. Since this is not needed it is 
possible to just comment out the corresponding lines in __voronoi__.cc, 
delaunayn.cc and convhulln.cc. This way they build against 2002.1 and 2003.1
