The options "s" and "Tcv" were originally in Kai Habel's code.  (BTW, I
cannot find Tcv in the Qhull documentation).  The option "Qt" was added
later by Paul Kienzle.  I agree with you that these options should not be
imposed to the user.  Should they be the default, as you suggested, or
should we only add options given by the user?
