[OctDev] Octave-Forge Release??

Just to point out that I committed a change to a couple of files today
that are needed since register_type now requires that the types have a
void constructor. Without this octave-forge won't build on the next 
octave release. It seems that octave is adding lots of things at the
moment that affect octave-forge. While 2.1.50 is the recommended
release, perhaps it is better to hold-off a release of octave-forge
till things stabilize a bit in octave itself....
