[OctDev] 'fieldnames' & 'struct_elements'

Hi,

When I go to "Programming->Structures" through the Categorical Index
found on the Octave Forge homepage, I find two links to "fieldnames",
and "struct_elements", each of which seem to suggest to use the
other. ;-)

What's the status of this package? I'd be glad to work on it, but I
don't want to step on toes, or reinvent the wheel.
