[OctDev] plot3 has issues with hold?

Hello, I've noticed that plot3 seems to be having some issues with hold.
It seems to be ignoring my 'hold off' requests.. 

Attached is a tarball that demonstrates this bug.

Also, you will note when you run it that there are *tons* of line
segments in the key (which is annoying). 

Is it possible for you guys to throw a 'gset nokey' into plot3.m or
__plt3__.m? This would make the behavior more inline with matlab, where
you only get a key if you specifically request one with legend().
