[OctDev] Bugreports

Hi all,
I was just thinking about bugreports.
Shouldn't we encourage people to submit bugreports via the bug tracker? 
Having them in the tracker is a way to make sure they don't get lost. 
It is also a lot easier to refer to them later by their number than to 
a post to a mailing list?
