I have a new set of summary docs available at:

Check it out.  Let me know what you think.

There are bugs that I know about, such as it doesn't
handle duplicate files in the tree.

Also, it would be nice to have a list of just the
functions on octave-forge and none from octave.

All files are generated from admin/make_index.  Feel
free to make changes, but check it back in frequently.
