The simple answer is no.  We are stuck with tsa in the root forever more.

The more complicated answer is that someone with a good understanding of
CVS can grab the entire CVS tree and manually edit the files so that tsa
never appears at the root level, then ask source forge to please replace
the CVS tree with the new one.  I am not that person.  Anyone else up to
the challenge?
